Today in this 10 Minute CrossFit Exercise, we are going to crush 10 Exercises in 10 minutes. There have been many types of workouts introduced to suit everyone. Pilates, barre, cardio, and CrossFit are some of the most popular. CrossFit is an effective form of exercise. In this, you perform high-intensity exercises for a certain period and then rest for some seconds. Here is an entire CrossFit routine that you can do to burn those extra calories and feel good!

10 Minute CrossFit Exercise                10 Exercises Under 10 Minutes

You’ll be performing each exercise for 40 seconds straight with a 20 seconds rest interval between each one of them. Do these exercises in this sequence. If you need to take a break in between, then that’s fine too!

Plank to PushUp

This exercise will help your body to get warmed up. To perform this, come down on a plank, do a pushup, and then repeat. Make sure your back is straight and the core is tightly engaged. A straight body posture and tight core will prevent injuries too. If you’re a beginner who can’t do a proper pushup, then do one with your knees on the ground.

Lunges With Jumps

Lunges are a  common exercise. It focuses on your quads and glutes. If you’re a beginner, then perform basic lunges. But if you’re at an intermediate level, incorporate jumps too in between your lunges. Don’t be afraid to take your workout to the next level! Maintain balance throughout this exercise and keep your back straight at all times.

Mountain Climbers

This exercise is a favorite for some but brutal to others. Mountain climbers focus mainly on your abs. It helps significantly with burning stomach fat too. If you have been working out for some time now, then do this exercise at a fast pace. However, if you’re just a beginner, take one knee to your chest at a time.

Oblique muscles are just as important as any other muscle group. And side twists are just the exercise for that to help define them!

High Knees

High knees can help you burn some serious calories. While performing this, make sure to take your knees as high and close to your chest as possible. Beginners can take one knee at a time.

Shoulder Taps

This exercise is a challenging one. Stay in a plank position and keep your core engaged throughout. Beginners can tap on their shoulders one at a time. However, if you wish to take things a little higher. Do a pushup and then tap your shoulders for a serious burn.

Jumping Jacks

The most accessible exercise to perform out of these. Jumping jacks are fun, and they help increase the fat-burning process in your body!

10 Minute CrossFit Exercise: Bicycle Crunches

Lie straight on your mat, take your right elbow to your left knee, and repeat the same on the other side. Bicycle crunches will for sure make your abs muscles sore!

Burpees

Burpees elevate your heart rate to such a level that you’ll feel your heart pumping through your chest. To perform this, do a pushup and then jump as high as you can. Beginners can do a knee pushup as an alteration to the regular ones!

Flutter Kicks

End your workout with a good burner. Lie straight on your back, keep your core tight and flutter your feet as fast as you can!
