Member Spotlight: Jamie L., 12+ Years Strong with BODi

Jamie L. has been part of the BODi community for more than 12 years, and her journey is one many members recognize themselves in. She started back in the days of the 21 Day Fix DVDs and remembers how exciting it was when BODi introduced streaming. “I was so thrilled when the streaming platform began,” Jamie shares. It made showing up more flexible, more accessible, and easier to fit into real life.

Over the years, Jamie has completed a wide range of programs, with MM100 and LIIFT4 standing out as her top favorites. “They really challenged me while still feeling doable,” she says. After stepping away from consistent workouts for a bit, she found her way back through For Beginners Only. It became a reminder that progress doesn’t require perfection, just a willingness to start again. Along the way, trainers like Autumn, Jericho, Joel, Lacee, Megan, and Shaun T have helped keep workouts fresh, motivating, and fun.
