This program is for 21 days; it will challenge your inner strength and take you to the next level of your capabilities. It will bring you closer to the fitness and body goals you have been aiming for so long. Every day has its video and exercise type. This three-week program will strengthen your bones, improve your cardiovascular system and stamina, define your muscles and step you up on the fitness level. You can easily access it on How2Fit. Week one is a lot of cardio-inspired; if you are not a fan of cardio, you can skip to week 02.

Week 01

This week is like go down, hit cardio! You will feel energized, and your adrenaline rush will surely leave you breathless. After a heavy workout, it even has Tranquil Yoga and yoga for muscle soreness. These post-workout videos will calm and soothe your deep muscles and minimize fatigue. It is Rest and Yoga Day on day 06, and you will find yourself in a peaceful state by doing a Yin Yoga video. And the last day of this week is full of energy.
